my cardiologist has me taking hydrochlorothiazide 25mg+propranolol 20mg x2 for hbp + pvc the side effects are causing stomach irritation as beta blockers cause me but after changing meds due to side effects i need hope + the right-medications advice?

You could continue propanolol alone for now. The normal drop in BP in pregnancy may maintain your BP in the normal range initially. As your BP is followed, you could raise the dose of propanolol or add another drug only if BP rises >160/100.
