Gerd: things that should be avoided are: coffee, soft drinks, spicy food, greasy food, tomatoes, smoking, but honey should not cause any problem

Depending: Are you allergic to cinnamon?  If so, don't take it.  The cinnamon might make the gerd worse.

Upset stomach: This is more likely to be gerd. All those foods do irritate the stomach and cause bloating this aggravates gerd.

Breakfast cereals: Many breakfast cereals, probably including this one, have lots of fiber, but also lots of sugar and other simple carbohydrates. You can't get enough fiber without loading up on sugar and carbs; on balance, they're not very healthy. It probably would neither help nor hurt GERD symptoms.

Of course. But Why?: Gastric=stomach & upper 2/3 lined with cells which secrete hydrochloric acid (inhibits bacterial growth) under brain control. With healthy subconscious control of esophagus, bottom of esophagus only relaxes as solid/liquid is pushed down. If stomach contents repeatedly pushed back up, esp. When lots of acid present, then esophagus damaged over time; can eventually promote esophagus cancer.

Unlikely.: I have not seen the common cold cause heartburn. I have seen tea, including herbal teas, cause such symptoms, especially in those who already require acid reduction. More importantly, please be cautious about your use of paracetamol, or as it is more commonly known in the USA, acetaminophen, Tylenol. The recommended daily limit is 2 grams, or 2000 milligrams. It is easy to exceed this safe limit!
