last year i took 10mg of propanol and i was so tired from it, a few weeks ago took it and was great, today i took it and it didn't work,felt yuck why?

Hard to say: A medicine like propranolol typically should be taken on a regular schedule. Propranolol is a beta blocker, and when the beta blocker wears off, your heart rate can bounce back up. So one thing to try would be to be on a more regular schedule with the propranolol; of course, it's hard for me to say exactly since I'm not sure precisely what you are taking it for.

Not the best combo: Zoloft (sertraline) can inhibit your liver's processing of propanolol, possibly increasing its effect.  This could be safe if there's proper monitoring of your blood pressure and pulse.  However, there are other beta-blockers that would not have this problem.  Talk to your doctor  -- or doctors -- about this, and see how best to deal with it.  Maybe a change to another beta-blocker than propanolol.

I believe so...: Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker used overseas (not in US) with good success for migraine prevention. This category of drug has been used for decades &amp; has a good safety profile for long term use. Propranolol is even safer. There is no reason either should suppress your immune system. If they are working well for headache prevention, the benefit/risk analysis seems in favor of taking them.

Nobody knows?: There are millions of ingredients in the world. Haven't seen a list or public database showing which ingredients are safe (what does "safe" really mean?), in which amounts, in combination with which other ingredients, in what age babies, for how long, for treating which conditions? In general, few ingredients are tested in babies. Parents rightfully don't want their babies experimented upon.

what are the symptoms of a broken heart syndrome? i heard about the death of a friend today and immediately went to full blown panic  with a severe racing heart i took a 1/4 of propanol immediately but worried even though that happened hours ago?
