Root canal treatment: Mouth props and rubber dams are used mainly for root canal procedures to isolate the tooth from the oral cavity to prevent potential reinfection of the tooth, also to perform several other dental procedures, mainly when  patients have hard time to keep their mouth open, mouth prop may help.

No: The vendor is required put such warning if a chemical is used, usually in paint. However, the chemical has likely evaporated during the time it took from manufacture to you purchasing the dumbbells.

No worries...: Here in California, the law requires Cancer Warning signs everywhere because everything we eat, touch, breathe can cause cancer. That is the nature of life, everything on Earth can cause cancer... but the true question is, how likely is it to happen? For example, eating organic berries daily should be fine. Breathing the engine exhaust on the way to the grocer and back is likely more dangerous.

Finger tingle: Sensation is dependent upon nerves, circulation, and acan be affected buy position, temperature and conditions that interfere with nerve transmssion and circulation.
When you prop your hand up, you could be compromising the circualtion at your armpit, you coud be interfering with the nerves there, you could be irritation your shoulder  you could be pinching a nerve. Or blood vessel at the elbow.

Consider: Perhaps you have some neck issues, such as degeneration of discs, which trigger headaches.  Perhaps you are pinching the greater occipital nerves at the base of your skull, or causing jaw problems which secondarily go to headache.  Your doctor could perhaps discover other answers.

: There are not good remedies for cough in kids. Most medicines have more side effects than benefit. Would try honey (don't use on children less than a year old). Can also try honey in tea. Best to get at root of why child is coughing in first place.
