The : The short answer is you should go back to your doctor and have it removed properly. There is a chance it may come out by itself, but it's best not to wait around to see if that happens. The reason being, the longer it stays in, the greater the chance of infection.

Not bad : At all, maybe a slight pulling type of feeling. Almost always no need for local anesthesia or anything like that. Don't get yourself worked up, it's really not bad. If pain is felt, local anesthesia can be given.

? need sutures out: Circumcisions are usually performed using absorbable suture material ; thus do not need to be removed because they dissolve ; disappear on their own. I would hold off masturbating until all pain ; tenderness are thing of the past. Remember, masturbating after circumcision best performed using  water soluble lubricant because head of penis can no longer slide in ; out of the foreskin.

Not really.: It's common for skin to grow over sutures. It may make them a little more difficult to remove, and the area may have to be numbed up a bit in order to remove them, but it's nothing to be concerned about. You may wish to call your surgeon and ask if he/she wants to take the sutures out a bit sooner than planned.

had rt inguinal surgery with mesh, they threw mesh box/wrapper into trash , on my insistence they told me its ethicon prolene mesh. is this enough ?

had open inguinal surgery with ethicon prolene mesh, on first day got fever which peaked 101f but came to 99 but taking panadol (acetaminophen) 500 mg x3, is this ok?

See doctor: There are several causes of post op fever , needs infectious disease physician consultation .Only taking tylenol (acetaminophen) will not help , to establish cause of fever is important
