Not associated: Pus cells (white blod cells) in semen are usually not assocaited with testicular cancer; it is more an indicated of infection such as urine tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease. Testicular cancer usually occurs as a a firm hard lump in the scrotum.

How do you feel?: Infection in the urine is common and generally resolves. The white cells indicate that you mounted an immune response, commonly due to bacteria that gain access from the vagina. If you are not having symptoms, and the doctor didn't feel that follow up testing was necessary (a decision that can only be made with more knowledge about you), then you are likely ok.

Vaginal infection?: By itself, this results don't tell anything. It doesn't sound particularly abnormal, but the gram stain must be interpreted in light of your symptoms, whether the smear also shows "clue cells", the pH of your vaginal fluid, what your examination showed, and other test results. Discuss with your doctor.

Drink water: The urine analysis is probably ok. A few contaminated cells. If you are worried about the cloudy urine; Drink  more water. See if the cloudy urine turns to a light colored urine the color of a straw hat. Follow up with your doctor to let them know you are urinating with no pain and the urine is now normal.
