Expulsion: With all iuds, there is a 4% risk that the IUD will be expelled.  Usually this happens in the first four months after insertion.  Usually it is accompanied by heavy bleeding and pain.  In addition, a woman can get pregnant with the IUD so if you experience morning sickness lie symptoms, etc you should check a pregnancy test.  There is a higher chance that the pregnancy may be in the fallopian tube.

Unsure: That may be concerning, but a better indicator would be your quantitative HCG levels.

my hcg went from 2292 at 20 dpo to 3186 at 22dpo, which is not the increase i was hoping for. is this a bad sign? my progesterone is also 14.

Probably: The HCG should double every two days.  Your increase was less than 50% which indicates a high probability of a non-viable pregnancy.  The Progesterone is lower than would be expected for a viable pregnancy as well.  However, nothing is 100%, so it would be appropriate to recheck the HCG in a few days.  An ultrasound would also be appropriate, primarily to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Good luck.

i had a bbt spike, but it did not stay high for me. is this a sign of low progesterone? if it is and i am ttc, can i use progesterone cream?

No: Bbt are very inaccurate and not very useful. There are better ways of prediction ovulation. Low Progesterone is caused by not ovulating. Giving Progesterone does not fix the problem of ovulation. Find the source of the problem if there is one.

it is a good sign that my progesterone was 34 at 4.5 wks? if i get an u/s and it shows my lining is thin, is there anything i could take?

Above 25: A progesterone level above 25 is a good sign. You can not predict the ultimate pregnancy outcome based on Progesterone levels alone. It is not typical to give medicine based on the endometrial thickness at 4.5 weeks gestation.

when i take my progesterone i have signs of estrogen dominance, but when i don't i get hypothyroid again, what should i do?

See endocrinologist: If your Progesterone levels are impacting your thyroid levels to that extent, you probably need to have an expert looking at your overall hormone picture.  Your situation is one which merits special attention. Seek out a recommended endocrinologist.

Trust your doctor: Chills are not a sign of miscarriage. It sounds like you are already seeing  a physician which is the right thing to do. Continue your care and follow you doctors recommendations.

Luteal?: I think you are askign about a luteal phase defect. 12 days falls within normal limits, but a lpd is not diagnosed by counting days, it's based on endometrial biopsy, two fo them. There is no clear reason for using Progesterone in your case.
