what and where does the pain feel like from problems with the spleen. can it ever be a burning/pinching sensation. and does it make the ribs sore to touch? my abdomen is hurting but not sore when touched but have some rib tenderness and back pain.

Spleen: Splenic discomfort would occur in the left upper abdomen, but in the absence of an enlarged,injured or tender spleen, it would be an unusual symptom. I assume you've had no trauma to the rib cage or upper abdomen and don't have infectious mononucleosis. If your current symptoms have been present for only a few days, observe for a rash as shingkes would be a consideration.

If you take care ,no: Removal of gall bladder will not cause any long term problem. If you don't take care spleenectomy will cause problem , sepsis by capsulated organism , like pneumocccous if vaccination is not done at scheduled intervals loss of  very efficient filter of blood

Of course: Organ size varies from one individual to another since we are not made in cookie cutters. Upper limits of normal is still normal and would be lower limits of normal. However if the spleen has enlarged since a previous , it would be a case for concern. If you are seeing a hematologist, you must have some issues which you should discuss with the hematologist.

i've been having pain in upper left quadrant comes and goes it's not severe but sometimes stabbing when breathing and twitchy i think spleen problem ?

Colon distention: is mostly your problem, at this site there is  the "splenic flexure" part of the colon, it is not your spleen, some times it is called the splenic flexure syndrome, at any rate take care of your diet, sleep, reduce caffiene and carbonated beverages, if symptoms persist, see your doctor, good luck

Liver: It is unusual to have problems with your liver and spleen for your liver I would suggest you stay away from fatty foods as this would cause more inflammation

Correct: 'Normal' can be relative.  The spleen size is typically 7-14cm.  But based on your weight your spleen size is normal.
