Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep /night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises &amp; meditation. Take care.
