NO: After hydrocele surgery it is possible position can change as you described , it will not create fertility problem , don't worry , go for Post OP  follow up visit, some times with time will correct itself.

Undescended?: If you have an undescended testis, it should probably be removed to avoid cancer in the future. If it's simply high riding, nothing needs to be done. Ask your primary care doctor if it referral to a urologist is appropriate. Hope this helps!

: Chances of fertility are likely quite good because 90% of undescended testicles are located outside abdominal cavity, ie in inguinal canal, groin or lower. Such undescended testes, when corrected early on, usually produce normal, motile sperm. Prognosis is less good when both undescended testes are inside abdominal cavity. If necessary, semenalysis is best method to check fertility potential

it's been 17 days since the inguinal hernia surgery, but the hernia still feels like a water ball on the side of the testicle. my doctor said it will go away in the future. will it take longer to heal? this is a problem for me. please explain to me?

: sometimes a little blood collects in the area called hematoma and is gradually absorbed . If the wound is clean it will heal normally. For the swelling you can use a heating pad for 10mts  three times a day. I think you will be OK

Depends: This depends on what you mean by testicle surgery.  The general rules for surgery in the scrotal region would be to avoid heavy lifting x 4 weeks, wear a scrotal support for 10 days to 3 weeks.  Use ice during the firs 48 hours following surgery.  No straining for bowel function or other reasons.  Keep area dry and clean daily and gently.

One Testicle: Yes. If your pediatrician when you were young did not deal with this then someone now needs to make sure this testicle is surgically removed or does not have  a risk for becoming a tumor.  A good men's health expert or a urologist would be a good place to start.

Probably normal: If you had the surgery within the last week or so, this is probably a normal part of the healing process. Make sure to follow up with the surgeon that did the operation as well to make sure. Hope this helps!

Can be: Common to have temporary pain from nerve irritation to the testicle and upper thigh region. This usually resolves over some weeks. See your surgeon to be sure that you are healing properly.
