i've read about instaflex for arthritic pain. reviews are excellent. would you recommend taking the pills once a day or buying the extra instaflex cream? what are your thoughts on this, pill form or cream?

having cholesterol 236 mg/dl ldl 140,hdl 59 .i want to try to lower ldl with stenols supplements 3x 800mg tablets a day trying it over few mths then have a blood test to check levels with exercise and good diet.are they proven to work peer reviewed?

: It may lower your total cholesterol but I am not sure how much these supplement can bring down the bad cholesterol LDL. Why are you willing to take 3 capsules a day which costs more money than a single tablet of statin and its effectiveness has been proven by studies, especially you already have at least 2 risks for coronary disease: man and above 50, unless you have serious adverse effect(s)?

i take ashlyna (generic of seasonique). 
with winter and cold/flu season approaching i wanted to check & see if there are any interactions between ashlyna and vitamin c. will it lessen the effectiveness of the pill?
i have read mixed reviews online?

Oral bcp ?'s: Vitamin C will not generally interfere with the effectiveness of oral contraception.  Ashlyna (Seasonique) is a low dose oral contraceptive, so make sure you take the active pills punctually (within the hour of the previous day's active pill) as breakthrough bleeding may occur.

do you know any birth control pill with good reviews and low side effects? ortho tri cyclen (ethinyl estradiol and norgestimate) lo caused my severe vaginal dryness and stomach upset

Birth control: There are many pills. Most have their benefits and draw backs. Picking a pill is a crap shoot. But, with your issue if the only problem was vaginal dryness then using an increased estrogen pill will probably fix it. Try regular TriCyclen and give the stomach upset time to resolve, often 3 months. DrG

i use proanagen tablet for hairfall. how long should i take this. now i take it on alternate days. will the continuous use of that cause any problems?

Probably not: This over-the-counter herbal agent contains saw palmetto which has been shown to be no more effective than placebo and it's 5-alpha reductase inhibiting properties.
