Threatened abortions can resolve and normal, healthy pregnancies result afterwards. Be seen by your OB for any further bleeding/pain.

Unsure: This could be either a very early pregnancy or it could be a miscarriage in progress.  It would be most helpful to repeat the BhCG about 2 days after the initial check.  With a normal pregnancy the BhCG will usually about double every 48 hours. If it is not rising at that rate there is not likely going to be a normal pregnancy.

Repeat test: If this is bleeding in early pregnancy, all you can do now is perform a repeat pregnancy test or ultrasound in a week to see if you're still pregnant.  If you miscarry, there may not be anything you can do if the pregnancy is early and is going to pass. Please see a doctor if you have a fever, severe bleeding or pain.

Complicated: In order for your insurance company to pay for the test and approve it, there needs to be a reason. And a good one at that. Most insurers will pay that code
