Get evaluated: If the infection reaches the deep tissues of your hand you are likely to require hospital based care &amp; may require surgical exploration to drain deep infection. Get evaluated . Aggressive treatment may stop this before it gets bad. If you have started treatment get re-evaluated.

tingling in both feet ,left hand feels weak and drops thing on its own constant ringing in ear and prickly sensation in back of head could this be undetected diabetes from nerve damage ? im 29 and symptoms have got worse over a 5-6 year period?

: Diabetes can be the cause for neuropathy but only when the disease is obvious and has been detected/ present for 10-20 years. Your symptoms are likely due to some other neurological disorder which should be further investigated by your PCP or with opinion from a Neurologist.

Several causes: If the symptoms come &amp; go, that is usually a good sign (rather than constant symptoms) . If you do a lot of keyboard or factory work or other repetitive hand/wrist motion it could be carpal tunnel syndrome which is helped by use of night wrist splints &amp; possibly ice &amp; anti inflammatory meds.  If hand grips keep weakening or numbness more constant you need Dr eval &amp; possibly nerve testing

Nerve issues?: Sometimes, the sensation of 'pinpricks' could be due to a nerve being pinched, for example 'carpal tunnel syndrome' is the median nerve being pinched in your wrist area, and it causes 'tingling or pinprick' sensations.  If this persists, see your dr. For an evaluation. Best wishes.

Get eval: You need an exam to diagnose the issue,..guesses include a nerve entrapment problem (like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome), gout, arthritis, cellulitis, phlebitis, etc. etc.
