Yes and yes: Just as "you are what you eat" cows are what they eat.Their natural diet is grass. Corn is an unnatural food for them & these days most cows are fed toxic pesticide-laden gmo corn.Corn-fed beef has many unhealthy fats & pesticide residues. Grassfed beef is lower in fat & has a much higher amount of healthy fats like omega 3 fats & cla.I consider grassfed beef to be healthy &regular beef unhealthy!

Depends.: Thermiva can be used to treat a variety of conditions.  Their are also laser treatments that can be used to treat some of the same issues.  In addition their may be treatments that are covered by your insurance that could be used to treat some symptoms.  Need more information.
