Not yet: The fact that you describe your procedure as "first part" means the doc not finished. Not all root canals are successful. Some teeth have to be extracted. You need further input from the doc who started the root canal.
If your root canal was not done by a specialist (endodontist), you may want an opinion from an endodontist
If the tooth must be extracted, see an oral surgeon.

The process is not completed until the canals are disinfected, the canals are filled and any infection is gone. Discuss your concerns with the dentist actually treating you and is the best person to answer your questions. A : A differential in pressure between the sinuses and the atmosphere most certainly can cause pain and headaches. Allergy sufferers will attest to that.

Often, sinus pain will also manefest itself as a toothache on the maxillay (upper) posterior teeth. It is the way your brain is interpreting pain impulses. Can't tell sight unseen if you have any problems with your teeth, but if your teeth check out without a problem, then it is most likely your sinuses.

Depends: A posterior tooth is much more likely to fracture following a root canal since the tooth is now more brittle and also absorbs much more force than a front tooth.  Unfortunately, fracture is the most common problem seen following a root canal of a posterior tooth.
