Go see your doctor : Right away, this may be something serious going on. Although it does not have to mean that something bad is going on, you must get evaluated, there are a few things that need to be ruled out, for example bacterial meningitis. Summary: go get evaluated.

Posture: Likely fatigue of muscles from posture and some muscle weakness. Do extra exercises for those areas and watch posture.

ER: If you are in extreme discomfort, you may just have to go to the ER.  It is not ideal, but there is an obligation created that you will be seen and then be followed up by a specialist when you go there.

i'm scheduled for cervical spine surgery, pressure on my spine and herniated disks, the issue goes back 2 years, can i wait another year?

It depends: it depends on your symptoms.  If you have not tried a course of physical therapy, I would recommend this before having surgery.  If you are having symptoms of neurological compromise, such as numbness or weakness in your arms / hands, then you should probably proceed with the surgery.  If you are having a lot of pain, you should probably proceed with the surgery. You should talk to your doctor.

pulsating pressure sensation on spine @ lower back. also have abdominal pain (maybe ulcers) but ultrasound a few months ago showed no aneurysm. ?

Double check: I can't tell whether you were seen by a cardiologist or not to be worked up for an aortic aneurysm, but glad it was negative. Keep on top of it. If you have difficulty breathing, check with your cardiologist to make sure it's not contributing at higher doses.  Have your pcp rule out ulcers, so you are not having to guess, and you'll have peace of mind.

aching pain in arms, hands, legs, feet w/occasional tingling. did not fall, but have back pain with feeling of pressure on lower spine. ruled out diabetes, aids, nutritional def. i'm 28. any ideas?

?: These are pretty vague symptoms and would be common in the population as a whole
do at least 30 minutes of brisk walking per day and make sure your vit d level is at least 50
if symptoms continue then consult your doctor.

Should see an MD: at age 36 the symptoms suggest some form of nerve pressure and I would recommend a visit to see a spine MD for evaluation and therapy

Check it out: If your neurologist has clearned you, it should be ok to go and get an evaluation form a chiropractor. They can solve many issues.
