if i have pressure in the roof of my mouth and sometimes pressure within my nose bridge whats causing it? especially the roof of mouth?

i dont know whats going on with me, but for around a month now ive been dizzy everyday, i have random flashes of bodily pain, undying pressure behind my nose bridge, head/forehead pressure, tinnitus... i cant google an exact pointer. please help?

Sinus pressure : That sounds like sinus pressure.  You need to see your 1ry care physician or ENT to figure out the problem,  at the mean time try to use saline nasal rinse to relieve  to pressure until  you get to see your doctor. Feel better.
