Yes: If your doctor agrees that it is indicated to help improve the appearance of your nose rhinoplasty enables adding volume and shaping the bridge (dorsum) of the nose. Using your own tissue (e.g. Cartilage) can provide excellent longterm results. Other materials that are used for this purpose include cartilage from a tissue bank and synthetic implants. Injections can help in a more limited way.
