Abdominal Bloating: Abdominal bloating can be due to a myriad of underlying disorders involving both the digestive and genito-urinary systems. Although "bloating" can be one manifestation of cancer, a "non progressing pain..For years" is less likely to be cancer than things such as an absorptive  digestive disorder, ibs, a motility/propulsion problem, or even pelvic disease. I would consult a gastroenterologist.

Some possibilities: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  A home pregnancy test is very accurate by 3 weeks after sex. Tests are inexpensive; sold everywhere.

Mucous plug?: Many patients will describe their mucous plug as jelly like. Many times you will loose your before contractions start, but you can't predict labor based on it.

Rest: Slow and steady wins the race.  Muscle strain related to mechanical adjustments of the pregnancy can be exacerbated by activities such as heavy lifting, quick movements, etc...

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

Pain in early preg: One sided pain is always of concern in a early pregnancy due a concern of an ectopic pregnancy.  I suggest blood preg test, and pelvic sonogram.
