Ear infection.: symptoms could include infection, sinus irritation, muscle apasms or even a sore throat. Ice to side of neck  , Tylenol, (acetaminophen) a decongestant are  possible  helpful things to try?

Could be arteritis: This could be an inflammation of the artery of the head- temple.  It may be accompanied by headaches and or vision change.  See your doctor as you may need a biopsy and be started on high dose steroids.

MD first, DMD second: See your physician to rule out a medical problem.  If it is an ear problem then have the md (or referral) treat the problem.  If it is a TMJ issue you will need to find a dentist who can diagnose what is wrong and then use a diagnostic phase to see if conservative therapy can address why you have a problem in the first place.

Temporal headache...: It is difficult to let you know exactly what this is without examining you and getting more information. This could be an external ear infection that has extended to involve the skin of the ear, a middle ear infection, sphenoid sinusitis or worse. You can take a tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin to alleviate pain temporarily, but i recommend that you see your provider asap. If your headache is severe, go to er.

Allergies: Allergies can cause sinus congestion causing facial pain. Post nasal dripping can cause eustachian tube blockade which can cause ear fullness

: Sounds most consistent with sinus issues---fullness and pressure. The sinuses surround rhe orbit so "eye pain" is frequent. The red squiggly lines are subconjunctival blood vessels. An evaluation with an ENT with imaging that includes the sinuses and orbit (to rule out orbital pathology) is a good idea.

Evaluation!: Any time you have headaches associated with weakness you need to be evaluated. I would call your Family Doctor ASAP.

Ear infection : See your local doc to examine the ear canal. Sounds like something could be trapped  inside, or a,local infection.

Sinus infection: This is a possible sinus infection with the pressure in the head and earache.  The pain in your chest when you breathe could be pleurisy.  This is an inflammation of the lining of the lungs.  I recommend seeing your doctor.  You may need antibiotics, but most importantly, your doctor can listen to your lungs and make sure you are not developing a pneumonia.
