Chest pain: If you are a young guy, with no family history and relatively healthy the risk of this being heart is low. In addition if it is reproducible with movement you are more than likely facing musculoskeletal.

?heart lungs ribs: There are a variety of causes for left chest pains. Cardiac problems would be most worrisome.  At your age ischemic heart disease is unlikely.  But pericarditis (infection or inflammation around the heart)is serious and a common cause for your complaint in someone 30s yo.
Lung disease like pleurisy are common but is distinguished by pain when breathing. Similarly with  rib issues.

More info needed: To better understand your condition and possible causes more info will be needed. Was there a specific event, like trauma or fall in October when the pain started? What are the circumstances now for the pain, when does it come, does it shoot down your arm sometimes or always? Are there any other symptoms associated with it? Would suggest seeing your doc or a Prime consult for clarification.

Multiple: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, great vessel disease, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. It may  be of a serious nature and you should discuss it with your doctor.

Chest pain needs to: be evaluated by your doc.  It MAY be simple muscle tightness or something more but a doc needs to make that determinations. See thoracic surgeon: Begin with pcp , if no help concider vascular or thoracic surgeon. Your first rib could pressing on the vessel causing symptoms. Thoracic outlet syndrome is remote possibility.

Pain: it sounds like a musculoskeletal pain possibly coming from the neck with spasm of neck muscles causing radiating pain
