AMA - age &gt;35: Advanced maternal age (AMA) refers to women who get pregnant and give birth at the age of 35 or elder. AMA has been associated with certain adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes. At age 35 or greater, you have a higher risk of having a fetus with a chromosome anomaly ( i.e. Down Syndrome). There is also an increased risk of  pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, and preeclampsia.

Outdoor activities: You can do almost anything you would like that doesn't involve a high likelihood of falling or getting hit in the belly. You could go for a walk, go to a zoo or botanical garden, go canoeing. Depending on the weather where you are, you could plant a vegetable garden. I do the race for the cure every year since it falls on mother's day here.

Pregnancy: Same as for any pregnancy: Take care of yourself.  Good nutrition, take the prenatal vitamins, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol. Keep appointments with OB doc as directed and follow their instructions.
