There are a number of ways that a COVID infection could cause fetal damage including neurological if the mother has fever and low oxygen levels due to lung disease.  We know that COVID infection can cause neurological sequelae.

The same supportive treatment given to non pregnant individuals is accorded pregnant females depending on the severity of your symptoms and with same caution applicable to pregnant females who are Covid negative. I don’t think your babies safety can be guaranteed any more than with other viral infections

Probably: Very early in pregnancy movements  may vary.  However, later on, especially in the third trimester movements should occur daily.  In the last few weeks of pregnancy i recommend kick counts (6-10 movements the hour after you eat).  In your case since i don't know her gestational age, have her call her OB today and see if some fetal monitoring is needed or nonstress test needed.  Don't delay.

Amniotic fluid: There is great variability in the amount of amniotic fluid in pregnancy. Some have a lot and some have a little.

No movement/24 hours: If there is no movement noted by mom in the third trimester for 24 hours, the OB md must be contacted for instructions.
