It is more likely to: Be an injury that you were not aware of. This is not a pregnancy sx. Early pregnancy sxs can include: lack of period, breast swelling ; tenderness with darkened areolas, fatigue, increased urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, increased gas ; insomnia.

Mostly yes: Breasts can get much enlarged and swollen which can make them more susceptible to bumps and bruising. Wear a good support bra, and take good care of them. Best wishes.

Tough Call: This is a difficult to thing to assess in this manner.  Any symptoms and signs involving the breast, even if it feels like it is just in the skin really needs to be evaluated in person.  I would start with your gyn doctor or pcp and go from there.  It could be just hormones, or an inflamed cyst or even early shingles.  However, you should be seen in person to get an accurate diagnosis.

Not normal: The only situation in which this would be normal or expected is if you are an avid runner/athlete who does not have a  well-fitting sports bra.  Otherwise a nipple discharge without a history of pregnancy, delivery or breast-feeding in the recent past is always abnormal and warrants an exam.  A 1-sided discharge is more urgently concerning than a symmetric one.

Breast exam: An examination is needed to determine what might be happening. Your doctor can do a breast exam and refer you for a mammogram if needed. One should never assume that a breast mass, lump, skin change or other issue is normal until it has been thoroughly evaluated.

Cystic change: You could be experiencing fibrocystic changes (see other posts-fibrocystic breasts).  This is the most common cause of breast pain.  I recommend you contact your gynecologist for evaluation to make sure there is not anything more serious or a mass/lump present.

Bra issue maybe: even though she denies sexual activity, check a pregnancy test.  Nipple erection is relatively common in young women.  A sore nipple often times is a sign of a poorly fitted bra as well.  Take her to a good lingerie shop and have a bra specialist confirm she is wearing the right size.  Young women who are active have this problem commonly.  The rubbing exacerbates the nipple erection too.

i had my last period 12 days ago, trying to conceive, these past 2 days i've had stomach cramps not really painful but mild, tender breasts, feeling like i've pulled my stomach feels bruised. is it possible i could be pregnant ?

It you had an: actual period -then no, But, if you are uncertain if the bleeding was actuallyl due to your period - than go ahead and take a home pregnancy test now.
