Yes, but...: The uterus can rotate to the right & impact blood flow back to the heart from compression of the vena cava. Probably the best position for sleep in the 3rd trimester is on the left side in fetal position. That maximizes blood flow to the placenta which is how the baby gets nourishment.

i keep burping and it smell like rotten eggs , is this apart of acid reflux? im currently seven mnths pregnant what meds can i take ?

Not far to go: First, one's OB provider should be consulted so that a personalized answer can be given and possibly a referral made. Second, a pregnant woman with GI or digestive problems should attempt to make a list or keep a "diary" of food and liquid taken in (amount, time, type), symptoms (time, duration, severity, type), etc to share at next visit. Third, if eating eggs, one might stop till doctor approves.

Cold in 3rd trimeste: Rest, fluid and  small amount of tylenol (acetaminophen)  ( less than 4 gm  total a day) for fever.
If not better in  5 days, or fever, shortness of breath, abdominal pains, signs of baby distress or early labor, consult your OB immediately.

Yes: It is absolutely safe to take baths. Some women labor or even deliver in a medically supervised bath (ie. Water birth). 
It's a great way to give yourself some "me time". Light some candles, use some relaxing lavender essential oils and enjoy.

Depends: As the baby grows, it presses up on the lungs and certain muscles in the ribs relax and you may feel like you are taking shallower breaths more often.  But if this happens suddenly or you feel like you are really struggling, you need to see someone right away.  Blood clots in the lungs are also more common in pregnancy and can be very serious.

Small frequent meals: Your abdomen is being filled with a baby.  When you eat you may just be too compacted.  Try small frequent meals and if it does not help you should be checked.

Possibly...or not: Labor pains are felt in the lower abdomen, perineum, lower back, and top of the uterus, aka the fundus. Contraction-like "flexing" of the fundal muscle will feel like a hardening, but is normally transient. If you're starting to feel this call your OB because your cervix has to be checked. Keep track of contraction pace &amp; go to ER stat if you start leaking liquid or blood, or if baby stops moving
