Probably : Depo-provera is a good treatment to help with fibroids. If the pain is worsening, it's possible that it could have run out of blood supply. You may also need surgery in order to have it removed.

Talk to your doctor-: Your OB can help you with pain management if the fibroids are very painful.  The OB is likely monitoring the fibroids growth during the pregnancy (this occurs due to the increase in estrogen and often they shrink again after delivery).  There is nothing more to do about them now other than that.  Good luck!  Know that the pain usually gets better...

Gas: It seems that you either produce a lot of intestinal gas or have normal amounts of gas but occasional difficulty o passing through the intestinal tract and out the rectum. Excessive gas can be from gassy foods, lactose or gluten intolerance. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal reduces gas formation. See if you're intolerant of lactose or gluten by experimenting or consult a gastroenterologist
