Talk to your doctor-: Your OB can help you with pain management if the fibroids are very painful. The OB is likely monitoring the fibroids growth during the pregnancy (this occurs due to the increase in estrogen and often they shrink again after delivery). There is nothing more to do about them now other than that. Good luck! Know that the pain usually gets better...

Try to wait it out.: It is difficult to treat fibroids during pregnancy so you will likely have to try heat, rest, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) etc. until you deliver. Many fibroids will shrink dramatically after delivery so this will need to be monitored by your obstetrician.
