Yes: If you have hyperemesis gravidarum and throw up violently and frequently it can be a reason. But blood in vomit is always a concern- see your obgyn they will check it and make an appropriate referral if needed.

Dehydration: Severe vomiting in pregnancy is known in its' extreme as hyperemesis gravidarum. Dehydration is one of the symptoms and requires either fluid ingestion or IV fluid replacement. Your OB doctor needs to check labwork that includes electrolytes( potassium, sodium, chloride, etc.) to assess the need for the above interventions.

With this scenario: her nausea (or emesis) is not likely due to sex she had a few days ago.  Most women don't experience pregnancy symptoms until their period stops - and often significantly after that. Take care.

Several things: Good news..It probably won't be as bad the next time.  Eat small frequent meals.  Avoid feeling hungry which can set off the nausea feeling.  Ginger, anise, fennel seeds are natural antinausea ingredients so eat those.  Don't force yourself to eat things you don't want to.  Simple broths and popsicles can help you from getting dehydrated and will give you electolytes.

Lots of causes : Pregnancy is only one cause of nausea! vomiting and cramps. In fact  gastroenterologic causes would be much more common --- viral illness, food poisoning, upset stomach etc. Pregnancy tests are very sensitive and reliable. See primary care doc if it continues.

So sorry: I presume you are still trying to get pregnant. Cramps usually get better after pregnancy. You did not sat which side the tubal was on. Of it ws the right you might have some scars and some pelvic floor pt might help.

Confusion: If she vomited the day after intercource it is not because she became pregnant at that point.It is far too early to be related to that encounter.If she had unprotected sex in the weeks before, she might be pregnant.Ejaculation inside is not needed to cause pregnancy.The erect penis leaks sperm continuously during intercourse and only one is needed for the job.

Talk to your OB: Zofran (ondansetron) is dosed one every 12-24 hours but if your vomiting is that severe talk to your OB. Adequate nutrition is absolutely essential for a healthy baby and mom and at times hyperalimentation can be necessary. You also want to be sure that there isn't something else going on causing the nausea. Hope this helps and you are feeling better soon.

Maybe...: No method of protection with intercourse is perfect.  There is a chance your girlfriend is pregnant.  Its also possible she has another reason for her stomach upset.  The best way to sort it out is to get her a pregnancy test.  Best wishes!

i have been experiencing lots of pain and swelling on my vagina, along with little bumps by the opening. i have been vomiting, i able to eat. i am not sexually active so there is no chance of pregnancy.

See derm /gyn: suggest that you be eval and txed by either dermatologist or gyn doc. even if not sex active, sometimes hsv infection can present with these symptoms and lesions
