What are they?: Do you mean what  questions should you be asking when you are in your 3rd trimester?  I.E.  What should you expect during this time period? How is the body changing? When to epxect contractions? What r signs/symptoms of labor? Should you change diet/activities? Can u still have relations? What medicine u can/cannot take if ill? There r many more. I am not sure if u mean such as these. Good luck.

Yes...: Stiffness can be caused by many other diagnoses, but pregnancy causes very dramatic changes in the human body.  If it persists or is associated with fever, chills, or other symptoms, please see your doctor.

The : The odds of this happening are pretty low, but nonetheless it is not an impossibility.
If for some reason your cycle was off that month and you ovulated later than you thought and/or there was condom failure (broken or slipped off); or you had foreplay without a condom and the penis was close to the vagina there could have been some semen released during this time. 
Like i stated previously this is a low probability situation.

Breastfeeding?: This may be normal if one is breastfeeding.  It could also be pregnancy.

Difficult to say: Without having the names of the substances involved, it is hard to comment on their  potential for producing harm. Defects are related both to the agent and timing of exposure.Some have no particular effect, some can produce major defects.

No, : No, eating a lemon cannot affect pregnancy or have anything to do with pregnancy.

Since you've missed your period, even though you had a negative test please take another test as it takes a while for the pregnancy hormone (beta hcg) to build up.  If it is negative, then please see your doctor for a blood test as that is more accurate.

Brain malformation: Chiari is the condition of the brain stem extending down into the spinal canal.  It is a rare condition.

: If you are 6 months pregnant, a pregnancy test will be positive.
I think you’re talking about a False pregnancy or Pseudocyesis, in which you believe you are pregnant because you have many symptoms of pregnancy, but you’re really not pregnant.In this case, the Test would be negative. Happens for many reasons:hormonal,abdominal or cerebral tumors,psychiatric reasons,fat,constipation.Go to PCP.
