No, : No, eating a lemon cannot affect pregnancy or have anything to do with pregnancy.
Since you've missed your period, even though you had a negative test please take another test as it takes a while for the pregnancy hormone (beta hcg) to build up. If it is negative, then please see your doctor for a blood test as that is more accurate.
