Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have been helpful to have your total WBC count. However, the percentages you gave are, per se, not a cause for concern.

Do not worry: Normal pregnancy is associated with a rise in the percentage of neutrophils (and thus a decreased percentage of lymphocytes). Since your neutrophilia has been present throughout your pregnancy it is most likely physiologic. One must wonder about an infectious cause and if you have been having fever or signs of a urinary tract infection, please see your obstetrician. If not, relax.

Conception  &amp; PG: Ovulation timing is only one of many factors that allow conception.  The presence of normal sperm at the right place, in adequate numbers, and the right time also are factors. Ovulation tests can be inaccurate as they turn positive AFTER the egg is already released and sperm need to be present in the Fallopian tube prior to or immediately after that time.

0.3 degrees F: A sustained rise (3 days or more) mid cycle of 0.3 degrees fahrenheit over baseline is considered significant and a sign of ovulation.  If that rise is sustained for 16 days you should do a pregnancy test, but i would not consider it sufficiently reliable to "confirm" pregnancy.

Pregnancy w/illness: Pretty much anything out of the ordinary will make your pregnancy high risk. This includes being 35 or older, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, fibroids, previous cesarean section, thyroid disease, heart disease, sickle cell anemia, previous stillborn, history of preterm labor, and the list goes on. Your OB will take care of you with the help of a perinatologist to keep you and your baby safe.

Good question!: Pregnancy is a high-risk condition for both mother and fetus; in fact the transition from fetal to neonatal life is the most dangerous period for any individual and the pregnancy and puerperium present specific challenges to maternal health and life. Only post-hoc can one characterize any given pregnancy as unremarkable; prospectively all pregnancies are at high risk for complications!
