Yes.: Sciatica and other musculoskeletal pain occur in pregnancy due a number of changes that occur in the body with pregnancy. These include compression of nerves due to a number of factors eg postural changes,,fluid retention, joint laxity, etc. These changes persist for some time into the postpartum period. Hence, we can see these problems both antepartum and postpartum.

No: You may be tired from doing your usual chores and looking after a baby. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Iron, folic acid: Foods that are high in folic acid, iron, and calcium to start are good. NUTS have great minerals.  Focus on fruits, vegetables and vary them. I like to say eat your colors of the rainbow.  Think broad. Great resources include the CDC and mypyramid.gov for basic food nutrition.  Good luck and rest up!

It is normal: Cellulite does increase with pregnancy. It is from the increase in estrogen that is associated with pregnancy.
Some of it will go away after pregnancy. The rest will need a healthy diet and exercise. Unfortunately all of it will not go away...Best regards

Can be done, but...: 100 years ago, 1 in 4 women in the USA died in Childbirth.   Now, the rate is .28 per 1000.  This is due mostly to the availability of doctors, blood, antibiotics and c/sections.    Its true that women in, say, Sierra Leone, frequently give birth without medicine or doctors but the maternal mortality rate is 40 times higher (11 per 1,000 women).    It can (and is) being done but carries some risk.

Fetal weight: Did they give a reason why expected delivery weight is 4 lbs? if smoking stop, no drugs, take vitamins, rest and nap daily if possible, , that helps baby grown, eat high quality food , protein , dairy vegetables.  Good luck

Preterm labor? : If you are in preterm labor at 7 months you need to be in the hospital now. Your doctor will then assess and see if your labor can be stopped or slowed. Steroids will be given to speed up the baby's lung development. 7 months is very early to deliver.
