Magnesium!: Leg cramps are usually due to a magnesium deficiency.  I would suggest 400 mg of either magnesium aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium maleate or magnesium taurate to relieve this problem.  Do not waste your time with other forms of magnesium.  These are available over the counter.  If you take too much magnesium, you will get diarrhea.

Water & stretches: Are you drinking your 2-3qts of water each day? Do you stretch before you walk your 15 min each day? If not, give it a try. If so, check in with your doc.

Muscle injury: When you orgasm, the muscles tense up. It is likely that this aggravates a small muscle injury which may be due to a tear, fatigue, or overuse of a portion of the muscle. I would recommend a gentle prolonged stretch of the muscle prior to sex in the future, drink plenty of liquids, and replenish any electrolytes with a sport drink.

: You performed all the correct measures trying to provide comfort foul your mother. Now prevention is the next step.  Daily hydration with proper electrolytes  is now required. Sport drinks are helpful.  Stretching the muscles will help

Water and exercise : Leg cramps are common in pregnancy. Drink plenty of water to keep the muscle tissue hydrated. Exercise and stretch to keep muscles loose. Calcium supplementation daily. Potassium in fruits like bananas. A good massage may not prevent the cramps but it feels great. Put your partner to work.

all test are negative why am i still having pregnancy symptoms all except morning sickness and leg cramps, its been 2 1/2 weeks took test 24 and neg.

Health Class: Your symptoms do not in any way represent pregnancy. You have tested 24 times? Perhaps you should take a few minutes to learn that true early pregnancy is ASYMPTOMATIC until the fetus is big enough to make HCG and have a placenta. That means 'early' signs are not pregnancy but something else, usually.  Leg cramping, a sign of the last weeks of pregnancy is not early pregnancy. Ever.

Not enough calcium: Leg cramps can sometimes be due to not enough calcium, magnesium or potassium. Get 3-4 servings a day of milk or cheese or yogurt, and if you aren't getting that much take calcium supplements 500 mg once or twice a day. Oranges and bananas have potassium so eat them once a day.  And check with your doctor!

Very possibly : All of the symptoms you described could be from pregnancy. It would be best to buy a test and find out.

Don’t guess.: Take a test.  they are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  if you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

both of my calfs look swollen and i get cramps like charlie horse in my leg. is this a discussion i should have with a doctor. i am hoping nothing is wrong. i worried a lot?
