Not enough calcium: Leg cramps can sometimes be due to not enough calcium, magnesium or potassium. Get 3-4 servings a day of milk or cheese or yogurt, and if you aren't getting that much take calcium supplements 500 mg once or twice a day. Oranges and bananas have potassium so eat them once a day. And check with your doctor!

Leg cramp: Leg cramps are common. The cause is not known in most cases. However, some medications and diseases sometimes cause leg cramps. Regular calf stretching exercises may prevent leg cramps. Quinine tablets may be advised as a last resort if you have cramps regularly but they are not usually given in pregnancy. https://patient.info/health/cramps-in-the-leg
