Pregnancy: You can't choose your babies size. The size of your baby has nothing to do with getting fat during pregnancy. The amount of weigh you gain is up to you, as long as baby is growing properly. The uterus returns to normal size, when the baby is out. What you should be asking is, what is the best way to eat to get a healthy baby!!!! Get your priorities straight.

Some genetic: predisposition exists in the pathogenesis of Crohn's disease. Many different loci have been identified. Inheritance is not in a typical dominant or recessive pattern. The best thing you can do during pregnancy to protect your children is to maintain a healthy diet, take prenatal vitamins, have good prenatal care and after the birth of your babies, exclusively breast feed.

Best to be seen: at hospital for possible infection, and or ruptured amniotic sac, leaking fluid.  Early delivery may be considered, by your doctor, as best course.

Not always: Some women have larger babies and some have smaller babies in subsequent pregnancies.

Confusing question: Babies are usually carried in a vertical position. Do you mean bottom first ? If so there is a chance that surgical delivery would be safer for a big baby. Yet you do have quite a while for baby to turn head down.

See hematologist: You should see a hematologist for further evaluation. There are many causes of thrombocytopenia- or low platelets. See a hematologist for a careful history and examination. You could have an autoimmune condition called immune thrombocytopenic purpura- however, other causes have to be ruled out as well that would include pregnancy related thrombocytopenia, vitamin deficiency, other things. See md.

Not really.: Monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancies are extremely rare (<1% of all twins) and very complicated because fetal demise (of one or both twins) can occur without any warning from umbilical cord entanglement. You may be referring to the "protection" from ttts (twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome) in mono/mono twins; this is indeed true, however the risks above trump that benefit.
