can i be prego, i had endometrial ablation and essure done in 2015 havent had aperiod since but now i have some bloody mucos and pregnancy symptoms?

If you have had: unprotected sex recently it would be possible. There are other more serious diagnoses that could be possible too. It would be best to see your OB/GYN to rule out more serious conditions and to confirm/deny pregnancy.

Depends: Sometimes    bleeding  will  return   years  after endometrial  ablation.  An ultrasound  can shed  some  light on  the  bleeding  and   a colposcopy  with  endometrial and  endocervical biopsies  will   rule out  lgsil or  higher grade lesion as  a cause.

i have menorrhagia. i get 5-6 iron infusion/yr. lysteda vs endometrial ablation (i dont care for pregnancy). what are pros/cons for each?

If u are getting: Iron infusions, u need to have a da vinci robot hysterectomy and then u will not bleed at all, I do ablations in office  and if i could garantee u it would get rid of all of your bleeding that would be the way to go but it doesn't always work  and I use Lysteda , but in your case u need it out and the robot is the least invasive way and make sure the doc does many robots not just a few.

I do thermachoice: Depends on the shape of yoru uterus , thermachoice is easier to fit more uteruses, and I do thermachoice in the offcie, your doc who rec it should be able to tell you whcih is best for you.

Yes: It is not uncommon to have bloating after an endometrial ablation. The lining inside the uterus was burned and needs to heal. The resulting inflammation can cause pain, discomfort, bloating and other symptoms. If the symptoms worsen or persist contact your doctor. Hope this helps.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

It is variable: Ablation is 90% effective in controlling abnormal bleeding but only 50% effective in stoping periods.  It is normal to have light periods after novasure.

i had novasure ablation done 2 weeks ago. is it normal to still be bleeding and passing clots?

Depends ...: You should contact your surgeon as only (s)he knows the size of your uterus, possible fibroids and any other factors that would affect your post-op course.  Ultimately it will depend on those factors and how heavy the bleeding is currently.  Please call your surgeon and speak with the nurse.

i had novasure ablation on 8/19 i've been on a very heavy very painful period for 5 days is this normal? i'm very worried and in alot of pain.

Not normal: Most women don't have heavy bleeding or pain weeks after Novasure.  You need to call your Ob/Gyn tomorrow.  Best wishes!
