I do thermachoice: Depends on the shape of yoru uterus , thermachoice is easier to fit more uteruses, and I do thermachoice in the offcie, your doc who rec it should be able to tell you whcih is best for you.

Either one: There really is no good answer to that question. The procedures are equally effective for most women. If your uterus is larger then 8-9 cm, your physician may choose thermal ablation which may be better for larger uterine cavities. If your procedure is done in the office, my experience has been that novasure is somewhat better tolerated and certainly quicker for the patient.
