Sure: Ocd is an anxiety disorder that can be reduced through therapy and/ormedication.  Ocd often (but not always) has a psychological origin.  Sometimes there is a neurochemical contribution that needs to be addressed with medication.  Learning in therapy about the origin of your OCD and the functions the symptoms serve can be very helpful.

Vertigo: Can be caused by inner ear disorders or neurologic causes. Symptoms are dizziness, instability, nausea. Exercise usually not a cause unless drop in blood pressure. Medications? what are you taking? almost any medication can effect a person uniquely but important for you to see your doctor who has prescribed medications and report symptoms

Anxiety: If you have a history of anxiety and have been on meds for this in the past and now have more anxiety, there is no problem re-starting the meds you were on for a short period of time until your anxiety improves.

Marfan syndrome: With excellent care, can be normal. Cardiac and vascular care by specialists is essential.

Mild: It's a very mild weak topical steroid. It's good for use on mild rashes or itching and for babies. Most people with severe itching or rashes need to see a doctor to get a stronger prescription strength topical steroid.

I use clindamycin: Over-the-counter stuff doesn't work.  I prefer topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative for starters.  I add oral tetracycline or Erythromycin depending on what's right for the person should it be necessary.  Dermatologists have the big guns for severe disease.   Good luck.

No specific meds: There are NO GOOD  medicines for Covid-19. The studies very clearly show they don't work and can have undesirable side effects. Try some honey in tea, warm showers and a humidifier. However, if you are feeling bad because of fever, then acetaminophen and ibuprofen work equally as well. Cough medicines are really just a waste of money , usually not helpful. Rest, fluids and time are your best meds.

5htp - been taking 50mg morning and 100mg at night for 8 weeks for mild anxiety.  can i just stop this medication or do i need to slowly taper down?  limited effect (if any) so just want to stop med.

CONSULT  PRESCRIBER.: It is better  to consult with the doctor who prescribed the medication. He has the reason to give that medication and he should decide whether to stop or continue.
