Showering : One can not get pregnant from taking a shower together. Sperm must be deposited in or at least near the vagina for it to travel up and fertilize an egg. Vaginal intercourse is the most efficient way to do this. Non coital activity can not lead to pregnancy unless sperm gets to the egg

1) control your diabetes - by far the most important
2) control your blood pressure
3) lose weight if overweight
