HIV: This virus can be present in penile pre-ejaculatory fluid and persist there until dried and old. Hiv can potentially be transmitted in this fashion.  If you think there is any chance you have been exposed to HIV go and get tested, or if soon enough, prophylaxed. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.

See below: If the bf does not have hiv, there is no risk for HIV infection. If the bf has HIV the risk of infection increases with the presence of skin lesions, especially skin ulcers. Vaginal inflammation increases the risk on exposure to HIV infected partner.

Also - she just finished her menses which is not a conducive situation for pregnancy.   Next time - be safe and use a condom.

Sperm needs to actually enter the vagina or be deposited at the introitus for pregnancy to occur - whether from ejaculate or pre-ejaculate. If you use a condom every time and correctly - you won't have to worry so much about the distance that pre-ejaculate can travel.

Possibly: Pregnancy can happen if this is what you are worried about. Although it sounds like everything was outside and not inside her vagina.  Some sperm is present in preejaculation. So please use a condom unless you want to have a baby.
