Diclofenac: Regular diclofenac is usually 50mg tabs - a better and safer choice is to take the 25mg liquid in a gel cap (Zipsor) - Insurance usually does not like to pay for something that is safer - but they will pay for cheap. Another choice is Meloxicam or Nalfon

Stop it: Some people have resolution of side effects with lyrica. But if it's more than a week and you still have side effects, then they're unlikely to go away. It can vary in how long it takes to have an effect, but if you're zoned out its probably not worth it.

Yes side effects: Read huffington post article about high school athletes requiring surgery for compartment syndrome.  Look at ingredients of C4 extreme,  if you do not understand the ingredients then avoid them.  Make sure your parents aware of this supplement and ask if any family members have high blood pressure or sudden death.  Please avoid taking this supplement.

Fenugreek: may have some temporary effect on breast size but that may well be accompanied by galactorrhea (breast milk production). So if you are asking about increasing your breast size- don't recommend that.

Cramping: First trimester abortions causing cramping, much like a menstrual cycle cramping afterwards, light spotting as well.  Second trimester abortions also cause cramping, but they can be more severe.  Late second trimester abortions are often a multi-day procedure and also cause cramping and spotting.  All of these can be easily managed with 600-800mg of ibuprofen, the best medication for cramping.

Not proven: Currently there are very few stem cell therapies that have been proven effective. All of these are hospital based. they are used only for cancer, parkinsons and require trained physicians to oversee the treatment. OTC Supplements such as STC30 that promise to activate adult stem cells for body repair have not been studied and don't show any proven results.

Cialis: What does Cialis did you take? There are 3 doses, 5, 10 and 20 mg.  If you started at 20 then decreased to 10 or maybe even 5.  If you had side effects at 5 mg, then you may need to try a different medication

SHORT TERM IT MIGHT: Long term not recommended.
Severely restricting diets fail because at some point in time you have to eat again.
Try this
1-write down everything you eat.
2-exercise 30 minutes daily
3- eat frequently, every 2-3 hrs a combo of 15-20 gms of complex carb with protein and fiber, small amount of good fats.
4- drink water as often as possible between and with meals.
5- do a liquid fast one day a month.
