Yes: Yes it does, but you have to specifically order the correct tumor marker and not all breast cancers have elevated blood levels of tumor markers.  This means that it is not a good way to monitor for breast cancer.

Hormones: If your period is late, but your not pregnant, it's likely that the symptoms you are experiencing are due to hormones.  At age 25, depending on any other medical conditions you may have, this could be normal. Birth control pills can help to regulate your hormones and decrease these symptoms women get right before their period starts.  See your doctor to discuss this.

Though : Though a medical oncologist could best answer this, there are no blood tests currently recommended for follow-up of dcis (carcinoma in situ) of the breast.

Your best follow-up would be clinical breast exams by an experienced practitioner and mammograms of your other breast annually. If any unusual changes are noted on your mastectomy side (nodules, skin changes, etc.), those should be evaluated promptly.

Not Ca 125 : Tumor marker ca 125 is not important in breast cancer is more for ovarian cancer and also non specific.  Unfortunately for breast cancer there is no specific tumor markers, how ever  ca 15.3  ca 27.29and CEA  levels found to useful for  monitoring recurrences.

its been confirmed that im not pregnant by two blood tests. im still showing all the symptoms, including nausea, fatigue, food aversions and cravings, and now a sore breast and cramps. im not stressed. what could be happening if not pregnancy?

Pseudocyesis: If a pregnancy has been ruled out, it is important to rule out any hormones disbalance that could be causing those symptoms. I recommend you to visit a endocrinologist. Also there is a very rare condition called pseudocyesis or psychological pregnancy in which women get all the symptoms including the growth of the abdomen, but they're not pregnant.

1costochondritis or chest wall pain
2 gall bladder like cholecystitis, gall stones
3esophageal reflux/esophagitis/hiatus hernia

i went for blood tests today to check tumour markers as i have previous breast cancer history. i ould only get 2 tubes of blood but needed 4. i am also going for a bone scan.opinions?

Might be enough: The requirement for number of tube comes from both the type of tube needed for a particular test as well as the volume of blood needed.  The volume part also depends on how concentrated your blood is--less liquid in your blood means you need more tubes.  Your doctor will be notified if some of the tests needed could not be done, and then he or she can decide if you need to be drawn again.

Hormone changes: Hormone fluctuations can occur normally with age.  Testing specific female hormones is not very accurate due to normal changes of levels daily. 
Pelvic pain can have many possible causes including ovarian cysts, bowel or bladder infections or issues, muscle or nerve pain, back pathology.  An evaluation and exam by an obgyn is a good place to start for both issues

You mean perimenopau: Your age of 37 years is quite young for these symptoms to be due to hormonal changes that occur if one is getting close to menopause. You should go see a psychiatrist and seek medication for mood swings and poor sleep which apprear to me to be possibly symptoms of  depression. A good antidepressant may be helpful to  control your symptoms.
