Decongestant,n.spray: I assume your amoxicillini dosage is 875 mg.It is only been less than 48 hours, it prob.Will need at least one or two more days.I would check with your doctor about adding a decongestant to help with  sinus pressure and nasal spray for inflammation. Your doctor knows best of your condition.

i am diabetic 5 years & facing dizziness from noon everyday till night for 1 year. i take novomix 30, no oral medicine. does diabetes cause dizziness?

Diabetes can cause..: ...dizziness but it's generally not quite as specific with the hour it starts as you've mentioned unless NOON is when you wake up every day and perhaps you don't sleep until midnight...in which case you're saying that you're "dizzy" the whole time you're awake. Are your sugars under good, fair, or poor control when you check? You should check with your doctor on this as other things can be afoot.

You could: Diet an ideal weight is the key to treatment.  If your all medication, take her medication, not eat, could see blood sugar drop enough to cause dizziness.  Symptoms usually secondary to the low not high blood sugar.

Potentially hunger: Dizziness and lightheadedness are common symptoms of hunger or hypoglycemia in anyone, not just diabetics. However, if you are concerned about diabetes, feel free to go to your local health fair or clinic to get your blood sugars tested.  Adrenal insufficiency can also cause the symptoms you described.

Talk to your doctor : You should discuss your symptoms with your doctor and get a complete physical to include lab work. Also talk to your doctor about your diet. Be sure you are eating a variety of foods and taking in enough calories to sustain your level of activity.  You could be experiencing low blood glucose when you don't eat for several hours. Stay safe and avoid drastic dietary changes that can be harmful.

Has blood sugar: Ever been tested while the symptoms are present?. A person can have diabetes ; still have other conditions -- see pcp or endocrinologist.

: He may have low blood pressure when standing up (orthostatic hypotension), especially if he is on antihypertensive medication or medication for prostate problem. 
Sugar level of 193 should not cause any symptom except he has lost significant volume because of uncontrolled hyperhyperglycemia which can also cause orthostatic hypotension or exacerbate this adverse effect from the above medications.

ive been feeling a bit dizzy recently so i checked my glucose levels fasting and it is 7.4. could i have diabetes? i did have an elevated lipase a couple of weeks back but normal amylase & dr said its possibly mild pancreatitis?

: "7.4" is not a "glucose level", but may represent hemoglobin A1C , and may indicate "type 2 diabetes" or a prelude to same, with increased insulin resistance. Normal lipase usually does not exist with pancreatitis.  Reduce carbohydrate intake (bread, sweets, etc.) and get retested, as fluctuating glucose levels can bring on "dizziness" at low points:  see a GI specialist or internist for guidance.

i've been getting really dizzy after i eat anything and start having heat flashed diabetes runs my family should i he concerned?

Diabeties mellitus : Check with your doctor. He or she will do a blood test while you have had nothing to eat in 12 hours to see if your blood sugar is high.  This will check to make sure you do not have a sugar problem. Good luck.
