: Due to high prevalence of disease pre test probability of COVID 19 is high so even though your symptoms are not typical for COVID 19, still get the test first before going into any other diagnosis. Feel free to take Tylenol for headache. I hope it helps.

diagnosed with chronic migraines and daily persistent headache for years . i experience pounding pain and pulsatile tinititus when bending over . always worry they are both symptoms of increased pressure . is this common in headache conditions aswell?

: Your post indicates a pattern of Chronic Daily Migraines, and potentially, this pattern could be broken up by any of a number of newer medications. i am 17yrs old symptoms: pounding headache moodswings dizziness stiff neck/shoulder/back heavy head almost imposible to get my headup in the morning?

See your doctor: Although this could be viral; but the younger the age the more likely chance of bacterial infection.  With stiff neck and not being able to get your headup i would worry about meningitis that can become dangerous.  See your family md asap.  If rapid decline go to nearest emergency room.

my right arm and leg/foot (mostly my leg) suddenly went numb/lost sensation (no tingling) and afterwards i got a pounding headache that lasted two days, with no other symptoms. the headache is now long gone but i still feel numb, any idea of causes?

Hard : Hard to comment without more specifics about the accident, where you were hit, what specifics of the injury, loss of consciousness? Belted or unbelted? Nature and degree of car damage?  From what it sounds like though, you were taken to the er where a series of x-rays and ct scans were done and presumably they sent you home.  I assume now that you are having some pains, headaches and bruising.  The discoloration is normal, blood in a bruise will turn green and blue when it is being resorbed into the body.  You will have contusions which will be sore and pain medications and heating pads will help this.  If you hit the ribs, you may have some soreness and difficulty taking a deep breath also.  The headaches are not unusual after an injury, if you hit your head, this could be due to a concussion.  However if the headaches do not improve or worsen, if you develop nausea and vomiting or have changes in your vision, you should go to a general surgeon that is knowledgable in trauma, or to a neurologist.  A MRI may be helpful to rule out concussion.

If : If you have no insurance your best bet is to seek care from a primary care provider at a county clinic or low to no cost clinic. After a complete history, and physical the doctor will make a decision as to what the possible causes are of your symptoms (differential diagnosis). Based on this additional testing will be done. If a brain tumor is on the list, he/she will likely order imaging tests (typically cat scan first, then an MRI if needed).
Your issues could be secondary to an inner ear problem or other neurological condition; all will be elucidated after the work up is complete. 
I know you don't have a lot of time off but your health and wellness should come first.

You may be right: Sounds potentially migraine, but if repetitive and causes more problems, a Concierge visit could point toward approaches to manage this.

Not clear: What test they've done, ct, mr angio? Should consider center that specializes in vertigo and chronic atypical migraines. Good luck.
