Bun/Creat  “high”: We are all dying. ;-)
But you are not going to die based in this lab test for a long time is my guess.  Most likely you were dehydrated when blood drawn. Cause BUN to go up more than creat. Go to uptodate.com and read more.

Dehydration: Were you dehydrated when the blood was drawn. If you were asked to come fasting, you may not have taken enough water. Dehydration affects BUN more than it affects creatinine. Since creatinine is normal, I would not worry about BUN. 
At your next test, make sure you drink water in the morning before the blood is drawn.

Multiple causes: BUN is a breakdown of ingested protein, but becomes elevated compared to creatine, in cases of increased catabolism (breakdown). Such things as a high protein diet, use of some steroids, some infections, or volume depletion may commonly raise BUN levels. In a hospital setting, tube feeding, tpn, GI bleeding, infections, decreased flow to the kidneys, and use of steroids are frequent contributors.

High BUN: Higher than recommended doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil that are taken for an extended period of time can cause damage to the kidney which is evidenced by an elevation of BUN and creatinine.  Do not exceed the maximum doses on the product labels.

: If heart rate is often above 100 bpm then you can't say it normal. Etiology of tachycardia which I assume sinus tachycardia should be looked for. Persistent tachycardia for a long time may cause tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy so if there is no definite etiology, your heart rate should be controlled with med. WBC &amp; differential are abnormal which also needs to be monitored +/- investigated.

Normal: I assume the unit of measure of the BUN is mmol/l. In the us we use mg/dl. 5 mmol/l is equal to 14 mg/dl. Normal range in mmol/l is 3-5.6 so your value is within the normal range.

Blood urea nitrogen : Or bun, is an indicator of kidney function, fluid balance, muscle turnover (breakdown and rebuilding).  Normal BUN is between 7 and 20.  A low BUN could be seen in a person with lower muscle mass or low muscle use (ex a paraplegic person) where there is less muscle turnover than in more active people.  This could also suggest malnutrition.  A low BUN could also be seen in liver failure, pregnancy.
