i drink a lot of bottled water. noticed dipotassium phosphate was listed in the ingredients. will this raise my potassium levels to a dangerous level?

Water and K: 44 M from tx drinks lots of water some for which contains K. find out how many mg is in each bottle and then calculate how much you are drinking a day. Most can consume more that 5,000 mg a day with no problem and suspect the is very little in what you are drinking.

No: It's a hokey "remedy" promoted for literally everything but isn't going to hurt you, other than perhaps upsetting your stomach.

Yes, : Yes, it is possible that potassium levels can continue to drop even though you are taking potassium pills.  Rechecking the potassium would be reasonable.  Also you may need a magnesium supplement for your cramping so ask your doctor about that.  There are foods that can increase your potassium (bananas, melon, etc), so after your potassium is rechecked and if it is still low that is something to consider.

No coconut water: Water is not safe for babies under 6 mts. It can lead to sodium imbalance which can cause seizures. Only breast milk/formula before then. After 6 mts, can offer small amounts of water in a cup. Fruit juice is ok too but i believe that kids are better off if they don't discover fruit juice and get that taste for sugary drinks. I have never heard of giving babies coconut water. I would be cautious.

Chemistry panel: Our kidneys get rid of water, sodium  and potassium, if the intake of these are high.I suggest you consult your physician and get some simple blood tests like basic chemistry panel, which will detect the electrolyte problems.

your body can conserve pottassium, and should not be low, unless you are taking diuretics/medications .Or have other medical causes to lower pottassium levels.

Hypertensive urgency: Hope u have had close followup of BP, over last 4 days. Otherwise proceed to ER. Your diastolic BP of 111 mmhg too high.
