Massage is best done on the lower back to involve the entire lower limbs, down to the calves. Massage should involve the trigger points that feel good since these are the most irritable trigger points.

Not necessarily: Hip dysplasia is diagnosed by certain radiographic parameters on an ap radiograph of the pelvis. You could potentially have acetabular or proximal femoral dysplasia, but it's hard to tell if your symptoms correlate with any type of dysplasia.

PT: Physical therapy is the traditional approach. You should also get a good physical and comprehensive blood work. If it gets worse you will need some type of surgery.

i had a posterior appr. trhr 3.9.2015. i had a bursectomy 12.2017. since then, my hip & outer thigh muscle pain still exists. i've had steroid shots that worked for a short time, but now do not work. left leg is now primary & now lhip hurts. advice?

What makes better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out

momhad ultrasound, they found extra renal pelvis on the right and polyp of 17 by 11mmin the left aspect of the posterior wall.could the polyp b cancer?

Where is the: polyp?  In general there is some probability that a polyp anywhere might be malignant, more info is needed.
