It could double: The bodies stress hormones can cause the wbc's that usually stick to the walls of the blood vessels to enter the blood. This can double the total WBC count. The type of WBC would not change significantly, so the distribution between mature neutrophils, immature bands, lymphocytes, etc should be similar.

It's risky: Not to have proper neurological follow up , it can lead to seizure breakthrough any time putting  yours or somebody else's,life at risk. Don't understimate the risk for a sz. No scientific studies show any protective effects of herbs or diets. Xanax (alprazolam) requires a script and due to its short acting is not a good long standing sz med. Better try to stick to a traditional epilepsy treatment.

Delusions are: psychotic experiences.   Diseases are schizophrenia, mania or deep depression, or delusional disorder.   Seizures can be stress or fever induced, but more often are brain disorders (organic).   Headaches?   Too many diseases or medication side effects to list here.. All three can be induced by drug overdose, particularly the speeds...but hallucinogens can be a factor in delusions and headaches.

Many: Nearly any medical condition can cause delirium or confusion resulting in delusions, in a susceptible person.  This includes fluid & electrolyte imbalance, infections, drug & alcohol withdrawal, toxicity from drugs & alcohol, metabolic disorders, postoperative states (esp in elderly), stroke, and neoplasms that metastasize to brain.  Also, degenerative neurological conditions can cause these sx.

Yes: Seisure can cause an increase in intracranial pressure  due to vascular distension. This is mostly short timed and will improve with time . Otherwise consult a neurologist for help.

Epileptic migraine: A very strong association has been found between a history of seizures and the development of migraine.  It is referred to as the epilepsy - migraine complex.  The condition is complex to manage, but a well experienced specialist can help you find the correct management plan.

Seizures?!: That would be news to me!  and seizures as a cause of headache:vanishingly rare.

Danger sign: Could be stroke, tumor or bleeding. See doctor right away. Seizures need urgent attention.

Need more info: Do you have a seizure disorder and what type of seizures?How long ago did you have your seizures?Did you hit your head with these seizures?It is not uncommon to have a headache after aseizure and feel tired-a postictal state.Everyone is different in how long before feeling better.However,it is best to talk to a Neurologist about why having these sezures and treat them appropriately.

Migraine: headaches can be accompanied by neurologic symptoms/signs  including "stroke like" temporary 
weakness etc . Otherwise suggest your friend have a complete Neurologic examination including but not limited to an EEG
