Fistula: You may have a fistula ( connection between bladder or rectum and vagina )
have a good examination by your gynecologist & may need  to consider further testing, including infections.

Vaginal discharge: An unusual vaginal discharge without symptoms may simply represent ovulatory mucus, but if you are on oral bcp's, and there is an odor or itching, check with your gyn provider for an exam and culture.

Cyclic: The vaginal discharge changes throughout the cycle.  Right after the period it tends to be whitish.  At mid-cycle it is wet and clear.  After ovulation it tends to get sticky and more yellowish.  It can also be affected by what you eat.  If it doesn't smell or itch, it's probably normal.

Paradoxical diarrhea: You may have a condition known as paradoxical diarrhea, where hard stool from constipation damages the lining of the rectum and causing loose stool to leak around the hard stool. The constipation may be due to the medicatio, zoloft, (sertraline) you are raking.

: Yes, see a Dr to diagnose the problem and prescribe treatment. Urgent Care is highly variable as to the skillset of the Provider on duty. If your GP does Gyn, that would be more certain--if not, then a Gyn would be able to address these issues.

Yes, but....: There is a normal mucous discharge that develops in the vagina that can sometimes be pushed out after a bm. However, if this is happening after a vaginal delivery or due to certain medical conditions, like crohn's disease, it might be the sign of an early fistula. You should see your gynecologist.

No: This type of symptom has nothing to do with menopause.  There are things that can do this (cervical irritation, etc) but you would need an exam to determine the cause.

Infection & hormones: Some vaginal discharge can be normal. As you go through the month your hormones cause changes in the discharge. In some cases though discharge can be a sign of infection. Causes incluse yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and stds. There are tests that can be done in the office to determine if this is normal or not. If you are not sexually active and there is no odor or itching then you are likely normal.
