Congratulations: Some women never experience those "classic"  early pregnancy symptoms or they might not appear until weeks 6 yo 8 (if at all).

Siphene (clomid) ?'s: Siphene is used to induce ovulation.  If a home pregnancy test is negative "ten days after missed period", ovulation/pregnancy probably did not occur.  You may require a higher dose (100 mg) of Siphene, but ask your gyn about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which can clear the tubes, the most common statistical cause of infertility.

Tests are accurate: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after possible conception) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Late period ?
: Menstrual periods occur 14 days before the onset of a period, unless pregnancy intervenes.  A delay in onset may be caused by stress (emotional, covid, etc.) . To be certain about pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test.  If positive, see your OBGYN for an exam and other testing.

Missed periods: yes.  Excessive stress.  Excessive exercise that drops body fat to certain percentage can make your period stop.  Malnutrition.  And of course pregnancy.   Hope this helps.  Dr R.

It should be: accurate at that point. Reasons for missed /late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight gain or loss, over-exercise such as in endurance athletes, breast-feeding, stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, medications (i.e., birth control) or med problem (polycystic ovary syndrome or Asherman’s syndrome. #1 reason is pregnancy.

Sxs: Possible early pregnancy sxs: no period, breast swelling &amp; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white &amp; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings,^ gas, insomnia, gagging &amp; yawning. They may begin after missed period.
